FAQ - ORDERING
Your discount code can be entered on the Check-out Page. Upon entering the code, you will observe the discount applied automatically to the total amount.
Unfortunately, only one code can be applied to a single order.
Certainly! You can modify your order before checkout by visiting the shopping cart. If you’ve already checked out, contact info@muazfaucets.com within 24 hours, and we’ll make every effort to adjust your order before shipping.
Once processed, we cannot cancel your order. If you no longer want the order, mark the package “Return to Sender” upon delivery refusal. For unshipped orders, contact customer service at info@muazfaucets.com to assist with cancellation.
Check your email folders, including spam, within 30 minutes. If confirmation is still absent, email info@muazfaucets.com for assistance and confirmation resend.
Contact customer service at info@muazfaucets.com. We can update your address before shipping within 12 hours. For shipped orders, we can send a new product to the correct address upon return of the original order.
